At just 21, she has a natural affinity for connecting with others, driven by her family-oriented values and passion for serving people. Megan’s approach emphasizes ensuring that every customer feels heard, respected, and fully confident in the work being done. Her favorite part of the job is speaking with customers and making sure their needs are met with the highest level of care.
Outside of work, Megan is an outdoor enthusiast, embracing activities such as rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking. During the off-season, she channels her creativity through sewing, knitting, and practicing yoga.
